Allie Pearse is a standup comedian and writer on the award-winning TV shows Letterkenny and Shoresy. In 2025, she was selected for New Faces: Writers at the Just for Laughs Festival in Montreal and served as a writer on the Alan Cumming JFL Gala, adding to her growing list of high-profile writing credits.

In 2024, Allie toured North America in over 40 cities as part of the Letterkenny Presents: A Night of Standup Comedy tour. She has performed at Just For Laughs for the past five consecutive years. In 2024 she was one of the very few artists invited to co-headline the scaled down festival, in 2023, she appeared on the Russell Peters Gala, in 2022, she was featured as a New Face at JFL Montreal and in 2021, she won JFL’s Standup & Pitch competition.

Her televised performances include the Halifax Comedy Festival, Winnipeg Comedy Festival, JFL’s New Wave of Comedy, CBC’s The Debaters, and CBC’s LOL network. Allie was also a staff writer for the 2022 JFL Galas, where she wrote for comedy legends like Chelsea Handler, Jo Koy, Patton Oswalt, and Russell Peters, and she was a writer/performer on Roast Battle Canada Seasons 3 & 4.

She’s performed at the Sled Island Comedy Festival, Hubcap Comedy Festival, Big Sound Comedy Festival and Icebreakers Comedy Festival. Her work has been featured on SiriusXM, and she’s recorded with JFL Originals and OFF-JFL. In 2022, she was a co-headlining act at Just For Laughs Toronto. Allie has opened for Marc Maron, Megan Stalter, Hannah Berner, Giggly Squad, and Matteo Lane, among others.
